Inventory, money, and the books. One system, one truth.
Six things FynOS does that your current stack cannot. Each one is a real screen, on real data, from the running product.
Every payout, tracked to the bank
Payout files arrive from every channel on their own clock. FynOS imports each one, matches it to orders, separates fees and deductions from settled value, and shows you at a glance which deposits are still in transit and which landed reconciled.

What each channel really costs
Commission, payment processing, shipping, storage, returns: every deduction lands in a category, priced as a share of settlement value. When a channel's effective rate moves, you see it move, and you see which fee did it.

Payments find their invoices
A wire arrives and FynOS already has a candidate invoice for it, scored. Partial payments stay visible until resolved, and every short pay is flagged with the exact amount missing, so nothing quietly disappears into an unapplied balance.

Every channel, priced the same way
A storefront order and a marketplace order arrive in different shapes, with different fees, on different settlement clocks. FynOS lands them in one ledger with one revenue treatment, so channel profitability is a fact rather than a spreadsheet exercise.

It works out what you sell
The same product arrives as a different SKU on every channel, and nobody has time to map them. FynOS infers product concepts from your transactions, scores its own confidence, and asks only about the ones it cannot settle.

The books post themselves
Invoice approvals, goods receipts, payments and reversals each carry a posting rule: the debit and credit are decided the moment the event happens, not at month end. Close stops being a reconstruction and becomes a review.
