FynOS started from a problem we had solved once already. At Udaan, a B2B marketplace that grew past $1B, we built the systems that turned every order, receipt, transfer and payment into an accounting record someone could trust, across 150+ locations and millions of transactions a month.

The brands that now sell on marketplaces have the same problem with far fewer people. Each channel pays on its own calendar and takes its own fees, stock sits in four or five places, and the books close weeks after the decisions they should have informed. Most of them hold it together with spreadsheets and a patient accountant.

FynOS is the operating layer we wished those brands had: every channel, payout, unit of stock and bill matched and costed every day, posted to the accounting software they already keep, with agents doing the routine work and a person confirming what matters.
