With FynOS, he is applying these lessons to build an AI-native finance operating system—so modern businesses can close faster, spot exceptions early, and run with control as they scale.
- •Led and shaped the "finance truth" infrastructure at Udaan across Proc-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash, Inventory & COGS, and Accounting
- •Designed and deployed workflows and systems that automated 3-way-match with ~99.9% vendor payments OTIF across 700+ vendors, built the base inventory valuation layer powering financial reporting (~200k events/day), and fixed control leakages across the org
- •Owned & led GTM, analytics, commercials, and client engagements for an early-stage 0→1 SaaS startup and scaled it 3X quarter-over-quarter

Previously co-founded an early-stage startup and later worked as a founding engineer and technical leader on systems spanning finance, accounting, and commerce. Known for owning large, cross-functional charters where system correctness, scalability, and operational reliability are critical, and for taking platforms from 0→1 and scaling them in production.
